Senior Talent & HR Leader | Strategic Advisor | CHRO Consultant

 

I am a Senior Talent Leader with over 20 years of global experience driving people strategy, organisational transformation, and scalable talent solutions. I’ve held senior management and executive roles at Apple, Microsoft, Dell, and Indeed, partnering with C-suite leaders, building high-performing global HR teams, and aligning talent strategies with complex business goals.

 

My unique perspective stems from leading at both operational and strategic levels. I’ve directly managed large-scale organisations across Europe, Asia, and America, including teams of 400+, while also serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, senior leaders, and people managers, shaping enterprise-wide people strategies.

 

Highlights of my work include:

    •    Designing and executing global HR, Talent Enablement and Talent Acquisition strategies

    •    Creating performance, career, and talent frameworks

    •    Scaling hiring operations to 5,000+ annual hires

    •    Introducing data-driven HRIS and ATS technologies

    •    Leading new entity setup, workforce planning, and HR transformation initiatives

    •    Embedding inclusive and ethical workplace practices that drive measurable impact

 

My approach is grounded in fairness, equity, and business alignment. I bring deep expertise in organisational design, talent acquisition, HR technology, and leadership enablement, always with a focus on outcomes that matter.

 

Academically, I’ve completed the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Program at The Wharton School and am currently finishing the CPD Employment Law Diploma through the Technological University Dublin (via IBEC Academy). I also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies with HR from the University of Limerick.

 

Outside of work, I find balance with my wife Louise and our daughter Alexandra. Family time keeps me grounded, and I’m a lifelong supporter of Munster Rugby and the Irish national team - never far from the action.
